At the cultural heart of Palmerston North city, Te Manawa museum draws art, science and history together, recognising the uniqueness of each area and reflecting our growing region and its people. Te Manawa offers blockbusters exhibitions, tours and an education on the rich diversity of Manawatū, as well as a number of artistic programmes for children and adults, including musical and theatrical performances.

From print making to art, photography, floral arranging, photography and more, The SPACE in Feilding hosts a range of creative workshops. Two locals Danielle Glynn and Jacynda Murray opened The SPACE in early 2017 seeing an opportunity for a creativity hub in Feilding.

As one of Manawatu’s foremost fine arts galleries, Taylor Jensen Fine Arts exhibits and sells a selection of traditional and contemporary paintings, sculpture, graphics, jewellery, glass, furniture and crafts. Artist exhibited in the gallery include those from within the region, New Zealand and overseas. Special exhibitions are shown monthly and special events are held regularly.
Zimmerman Gallery, located in the center of Palmerston North, exhibits contemporary artworks by established and emerging New Zealand artists. The gallery also supplies information about exhibited artists and their work, advice on art collecting and purchases, and assistance with delivery, lighting and installation of paintings and sculpture.

Feilding and District Arts Society
The Feilding and District Arts Society (FADAS) is a non-profit group that aims to encourage involvement in the arts. They organise the annual Arts Awards, regular members exhibitions and “have-a-go” events for the wider public. FADAS also assists in managing the Feilding Arts Centre, through which a wide selection of local artwork, including paintings, photography, porcelain art, jewellery, woodcrafts, fibre arts, greeting cards and pottery, is displayed and sold.
Square Edge Community Arts is located just off The Square and a place where local artists and community arts groups meet to practice, celebrate, showcase their art and a place for the public to connect with the arts community. It is also a home to numerous community groups who enjoy meeting in the beautiful rooms available for use to the public. The club has been running for more than 60 years, and offers an exciting programme with workshops, visiting evaluators, trips and more.
