The Sanson Sunday Market has been running for these past 22 years, with Andy (not to be mistaken for the same Andy that sells onsite at the Market nowadays) being the first to take up selling his wares from his van.
From then on, he has been joined by many permanent (and some casual) stallholders and the market has gone from strength to strength.
The locals take delight in heading to the market on a Sunday morning to stock up on the coming weeks’ fruit and vegetables, and to poke around the varied items up for sale. This also goes for those passing through the village on SH’s 1 & 3…as there is always things like fresh flowers, novelty items, gifts, and treasures, there’s most certainly something to everyone…
Stall Sites, for both Weekly and Casual attendees, are $15.
