Nikau Loft

Under the canopy of an 80 year old English oak Nikau Loft nestles quietly alongside the homestead that once was part of Roskilda Estate.  Surrounded by mature trees and gardens the self contained Loft offers quiet comfort and privacy along with gracious and welcoming accommodation.  Nikau Loft is a large studio featuring exposed beams, tiled floors, under floor heating, sash windows and skylights with an outlook of Nikau palms, Elms and apple trees.  The lounge is tastefully furnished with couches, potted plants and cut flowers from the gardens, all combining to create a feeling of 'home away from home'.  The comfortable super king bed is furnished with good quality linen and duvet's with soft pillows and throws.

A generous breakfast basket is supplied on arrival consisting of fresh cereals, yoghurt and stewed fruit with the choice of different breads and croissants.  Home made jams and marmalade, free range eggs, salmon, bacon and fresh orange juice completes the menu, finished off with fresh ground coffee or herbal tea.  The choice is yours and can be tailored to suit individual tastes.
